Puticats does not guarantee that product descriptions, or other content of this site, is without error, however, we do endeavour to ensure that all information is both as accurate as possible and up-to-date.

Delivery
Subject to confirmation of payment, we aim to ship most earrings on the same day for next day delivery. However please allow 2-5 working days for receipt.

Returns
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings. However if you are dissatisifed please contact us and we will be pleased to assist.

Availability
All products are subject to availability. In the event of the unavailability of an item which has been ordered, we will advise you and, as agreed with you, either send a suitable replacement or arrange for a full refund.

Privacy
Shopping on the Puticats' website requires you to provide your name, address and other relevant details. This information is kept to a minimum and is used solely to process your order and/or to contact if necessary. This information will only be used by Puticats and will not be transmitted to a third party.
